At some point on the spiritual journey, a subtle belief can begin to form.
That some people are more evolved.
More awakened.
Further ahead.

And without realizing it, we begin to place ourselves,
either below them… or above others.
But the deeper you walk this path, the more something begins to soften.

Because a deeper truth starts to reveal itself:
No one is above you.
No one is below you.

The Illusion of Hierarchy in Spiritual Growth

In the beginning, it’s natural to look outward.
To teachers.
To healers.
To facilitators.
To those who seem to carry a certain depth, wisdom, or presence.
And from that place, comparison can arise.

We may think:

  • “They are more advanced than me.”
  • “They understand something I don’t.”
  • “I still have so far to go.”

But this perspective quietly creates hierarchy.
A ladder.
Where some are placed higher… and others lower.
Yet the spiritual path is not a ladder.
It is a circle.

Different Stages, Same Path

Yes, it’s true,
some people may be further along in their journey.

They may have:

  • Explored more of their inner world
  • Processed deeper layers of healing
  • Spent more time in awareness practices

But this does not make them greater.
It simply means they are at a different point in the same unfolding.
Because the path itself…
is shared.

We are all moving through:

  • Learning
  • Unlearning
  • Remembering
  • Returning to ourselves

Just at different rhythms.

The Essence Is the Same

Experiences may differ.
Awareness may expand at different times.
Life may shape each person uniquely.
But beneath all of that,
The essence remains the same.

The same presence.
The same life force.
The same light.

What you are seeking…
is not something another person owns more of.
It already exists within you.
Always has.

Healers, Gurus, and the Role of Responsibility

There is often a tendency to place healers, facilitators, or spiritual teachers on a pedestal.
To see them as above.
But in truth, their role is not to be elevated.
It is to be responsible.

Responsible for:

  • Holding space with integrity
  • Guiding without creating dependency
  • Remaining grounded in humility

A teacher is not above you.

They may simply be walking a little ahead,
able to reflect what is also possible within you.
But even that…
does not make them superior.
Only different in timing.

The Subtle Trap of Comparison

Comparison can move in both directions.
Feeling less than…
or feeling more than.

Both create separation.
Both move you away from the truth.

Because the moment you place yourself above or below another, you lose sight of the deeper connection that exists between you.
We are not separate beings competing for evolution.
We are expressions of the same whole.

One Whole, Many Expressions

We are all pieces of the same puzzle.

Different shapes.
Different colors.
Different placements.

But without each piece, the picture is incomplete.
We are all notes in the same orchestra.
No note is superior.
Each one is necessary to create harmony.
Your role is not to be more than another.
Your role is to be fully what you are.

Beyond Money, Healing, and Status

In the modern world, it is easy to measure worth through external markers.
Money.
Status.
Experience.
Even healing.

But none of these define the value of a soul.

  • Having more resources does not make one more worthy
  • Doing more “inner work” does not make one more important
  • Being further along does not make one more whole

Worth is not something you earn.
It is something you are.

You Are Not Less. You Are Not More.

At the core of it all, the truth is simple.
You are not less.
You are not more.
You are whole.

Just as you are.

Not when you heal everything.
Not when you understand everything.
Not when you reach some imagined level.
Now.

Final Reflection: Returning to the Circle

There may have been a time when you looked at others and felt they were ahead.
More evolved.
More awakened.

But as awareness deepens, something shifts.

You begin to see:

This is not a race.
This is not a hierarchy.
This is a shared memory.

We are all walking each other home, through different experiences, at different timings, in different expressions.
No one above.
No one below.

Just souls… remembering.
