Sacred Circles at Lionheart Journeys
The Birth of the Sacred Circle
After my first journey with plant medicines, I returned home transformed yet longing for a space to share, to be heard, and to feel supported. I realized how isolating integration could feel when you have no one to talk to who truly understands. Out of this need, the Sacred Circle was born, a sanctuary where seekers, healers, and learners can come together in openness and trust.
Why Sacred Circles?
Our Sacred Circles are ongoing community gatherings that serve as anchors, before and after the Peru journeys.
They are safe, heart-led spaces where you can:
- Share your stories without judgment.
- Be held and supported by a loving community.
- Deepen your understanding of plant medicines and healing modalities.
- Experience connection, presence, and collective growth.
- Sharing & Listening — open, heart-centered, vulnerable conversations.
- Ceremonial Practices — such as Cacao, Sound healing, and Devotional singing.
- Healing Modalities — Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Family constellations, Shamanic Breathwork, Ice bath, Kundalini yoga, and more.
- Collective Energy — a space where Seekers, Healers, and Curious souls sit as equals, sharing stories and learning from one another.
We host three to four Sacred Circles each year in Mumbai. Each gathering is unique, weaving together different practices and traditions, always rooted in the spirit of community, healing, and remembrance of the heart.

Cacao Ceremony
Our First sacred circle - October 1, 2025
On October 1, 2025, we hosted our very first Sacred Circle with a Cacao Ceremony, a day filled with warmth, laughter, tears, and profound connection. The energy in the room mirrored the magic of Peru. Participants experienced cacao as a gentle but powerful teacher, soft, nurturing, and deeply heart-activating. The evening unfolded with music, meditation, sharing, and presence, creating a space of openness and authenticity. This first circle affirmed our vision that community is medicine, as people left smiling, grateful, and deeply touched by the experience.
Soul Gift Exchange
Our Second sacred circle - January 30,2026
Our second Lionheart Circle in Pavna unfolded as a warm and gentle coming together of hearts.Held around the theme of Soul Gift Exchange and inclusivity, the circle invited everyone to arrive just as they were. As the space opened, a beautiful childlike energy filled the room. There was laughter, curiosity, playfulness, and an effortless joy in giving and receiving. In that innocence, connection felt natural and deeply nourishing.I shared my personal journey with plant medicine, not as a teaching, but as lived experience from the heart. What followed were sincere conversations, heartfelt questions, and sharing of deep vulnerable moments .I leave this circle with deep gratitude for each soul who showed up with openness and trust, and for the unseen guidance that continues to move through the Lionheart path.Each gathering gently reaffirms my faith in togetherness and in the healing power of shared presence.
