Lionheart Journeys was born from a sacred remembering of who we truly are, beyond our roles, our stories, and our identities. It is a call to return to the heart, to nature, to spirit.
Founded by Dr. Shradha Goel, a celebrated Indian eye surgeon and spiritual seeker, Lionheart Journeys is the expression of her own profound transformation through plant medicine and the healing wisdom of the Andes.
After two decades in the medical world, Shradha felt a deeper calling, one that led her to the jungles of Peru and the sacred mountains of the Sacred Valley. It was here, through Ayahuasca, Wachumma, and the guidance of indigenous healers, that she experienced a reawakening of her soul.
Lionheart was birthed from this awakening.
A bridge between the science of healing and the art of remembering. Between ancient plant wisdom and modern seekers. Between Earth medicine and heart medicine.
Today, Shradha holds space for small, intimate groups, leading them through deeply personal journeys of healing, remembrance, and inner rebirth. With the eyes of a doctor and the soul of a mystic, she walks with others as they reclaim their wholeness.
