A journey from mind to the heart
This journey is deeply special to me. Because once again, I get to give back to the sacred lands that have given me so much. To the medicines, the mountains, and the wisdom keepers. And to you, the ones who feel the call.
We’ll gather in the Sacred Valley of Peru, embraced by majestic Andean mountains, a valley known as the Mecca of profound healing and indigenous medicine. For eight nights, this sacred land will hold us as we remember who we truly are.
We begin with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, a gentle weaving of connections between strangers who will soon become soul family.
Over the following days, we’ll walk the path of ancient medicine:
- Two powerful Wachuma Ceremonies – guided with reverence, wisdom, and safety.
- And then, we open the sacred space to Mother Ayahuasca – the Grandmother spirit who shows us the unseen, the forgotten, the hidden treasures within.
- Integration day between medicines – because we believe that the magic happens not just in the ceremony, but in the spaces in between, where insights land and the soul begins to alchemize.
We will also enter the Temazcal, the sweat lodge of our ancestors, where we’ll cleanse, release, and emerge reborn, as many generations have done before us.
Our time together will be interwoven with:
- Yoga and bodywork, including deep tissue massages
- Sound healing to harmonize the energy body
- An immersion into Peruvian arts and crafts
- A celebratory dinner with Peruvian music and dance to honour life and all that we have remembered

Cacao Ceremony
A sacred heart-opening ritual using ceremonial-grade cacao to foster emotional clarity, presence, and connection. Wachuma Ceremony
Guided by the sacred San Pedro cactus, the Wachuma Ceremony is a deeply transformative plant medicine journey that opens the heart and heightens spiritual awareness. It fosters profound inner connection, emotional healing, and unity with nature. Facilitated with care, this experience helps participants access clarity, compassion, and a grounded sense of peace and purpose.
Ayahuasca Ceremony
An ancient shamanic ritual rooted in Amazonian traditions, the Ayahuasca Ceremony is a powerful journey of spiritual awakening and deep healing. With guidance from experienced facilitators, participants are supported as they confront emotional wounds, clear energetic blockages, and receive insights from the spirit world. It is a sacred path to self-discovery, release, and profound transformation.
Temazcal Ceremony
A powerful Mesoamerican sweat lodge ritual symbolizing rebirth and renewal. Inside the steam-filled dome, participants undergo physical, emotional, and spiritual purification through intense heat, sacred chants, and shared intention. The Temazcal reconnects you with Mother Earth, releases toxins, and offers a deeply symbolic experience of surrender, cleansing, and emerging anew into fresh energy.
