Over the years, I’ve come to understand something simple, yet profound:
the quiet power of the Sacred Circle.

It began with medicine work,
Sitting in ceremony,
Sharing stories in integration circles,
Listening, speaking, crying, remembering.

But in time, I began to see,
These circles are everywhere.

In our conversations with friends,
Around dinner tables with family,
In healing spaces, learning spaces, work spaces,
Any time we gather with intention, presence, and care,
We are forming a circle.

More Than a Shape

A Sacred Circle is not just a geometric form.
It’s a space.
A container.
A field of safety, trust, and deep presence.

In this space, we don’t sit to fix.
We don’t sit to advise or teach.
We sit to witness.

To listen with our whole being.
To be with what is.
To hold each other in silence, in truth, in love.

What Happens in the Circle

In the circle:
You are not judged.
You are not rushed.
You are heard.

And in being truly heard,
Something shifts.
The nervous system softens.
The armor melts.
The heart begins to trust again.

To sit in circle is to remember:
You are not alone.
You are not broken.
You are human, and you are held.

This Is Ancient Medicine

These circles are medicine.
They are ancient.
They are needed now more than ever.

In a world of distractions, disconnection, and noise,
the circle calls us back to presence.
To speak our truth.,To each other.

Coming Home

To sit in sacred circle is to come home
To yourself,
To one another,
To the deep, quiet knowing that we are all in this together.

May we keep creating these spaces.
May we keep showing up with courage and care.
May we keep listening to each other and to life.
